To Download Software:

1. Click here and Save the file to your desktop. The file will look like this...
   
    
2. Double-click the Icon above on your desktop and continue through the unzip options until the installation screen appears. Continue to install the program at the default settings until you see finish. Click finish to complete the installation.
    
3. Once the installation is complete, go to your desktop and Double-click the icon that looks like
   
    
4. The NVR Client screen will open up. It will look like this:
   
    
5. At the bottom of the screen, click on the SETTINGS icon.
   
    
6. Click on the ADD button on the right side of the screen.
   
    
7. In the SERVER NAME field enter hca
   Please call 584-2779 to find out your username, password and IP address.
   
    
8. Click on the ADD button on the right side of the screen.
   
    
9. Click the SAVE button on the right side of the screen.
   
    
10. Click the EXIT button on the right side of the screen.
    
     
11. You will then be back to the main screen.
    
     
12. On the left side, click on the DVR LIST button.
    
     
13. Double click on hca.
    
     
14. The list of camera will open up in the frame on the left. The camera views will start to appear in the boxes on the right.
    
     
15. You can double click on a particular camera view to enlarge the image. And then, you can double click on the enlarged view to bring back all 16 camera views.
